Holiday Seva Tours is committed to providing transparent and reliable travel services. This Cancellation & Refund Policy outlines the conditions applicable to cancellations, amendments, and refunds for tour bookings and related travel services.

1. General Cancellation Terms

Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing via email or through our Customer Support team. Requests are accepted within seven days of booking, provided that no travel arrangements have been confirmed. Once hotels, transportation, permits, tickets, or other services are confirmed, cancellation charges will apply based on the respective vendor’s policies.

2. Non-Refundable Services

Certain travel components may become non-refundable once confirmed. These include, but are not limited to, flight, train, ferry, and bus tickets, government permits and entry passes, peak-season reservations, and promotional or discounted bookings. Vendor terms will prevail in such cases.

3. Hotel and Transportation Cancellations

Cancellation of hotel rooms, vehicle bookings, ferry services, or sightseeing arrangements is subject to individual supplier and seasonal policies. Any charges imposed by suppliers will be deducted from the refund amount.

4. Force Majeure and Unforeseen Disruptions

Holiday Seva Tours shall not be held responsible for cancellations or service disruptions arising due to events beyond our control, including adverse weather conditions, natural disasters, political disturbances, strikes, government restrictions, or operational failures. We will assist with rescheduling wherever possible; however, refunds depend on vendor rules.

5. Service Quality Concerns

If the services provided do not meet the standards agreed upon, the issue must be reported immediately during the travel period to our Customer Support team. Complaints raised after the completion of travel will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Compensation, if applicable, will be determined after reviewing input from associated service partners.

6. No-Show Policy

No refund shall be granted in the event of a no-show, late arrival on reporting dates, or failure to utilize services after the commencement of the tour.

7. Refund Processing

Refunds approved by Holiday Seva Tours may take up to seven business days to process. Refunds will be credited to the original mode of payment. Transaction fees, convenience charges, and supplier deductions are non-refundable. A detailed breakdown of applicable charges may be provided upon request.

8. Amendments and Date Changes

Amendment requests are subject to availability, vendor approval, and applicable fare differences. Additional charges may apply during peak seasons or due to operational cost changes.

9. Third-Party Responsibilities

For services covered under warranties or policies of airlines, hotels, transport operators, or other suppliers, customers are required to coordinate directly with the respective provider. Holiday Seva Tours will provide assistance where possible but is not authorized to override third-party policies.

Holiday Seva Tours reserves the right to modify this policy without prior notice.

  • Cancellations will be considered only if the request is made within 7 days of placing the order. However, the cancellation request may not be entertained if the orders have been communicated to the vendors/merchants and they have initiated the process of shipping them.
  • HOLIDAY SEVA TOURS does not accept cancellation requests for perishable items like flowers, eatables etc. However, refund/replacement can be made if the customer establishes that the quality of product delivered is not good.
  • In case of receipt of damaged or defective items please report the same to our Customer Service team. The request will, however, be entertained once the merchant has checked and determined the same at his own end. This should be reported within 7 days of receipt of the products.
  • In case you feel that the product received is not as shown on the site or as per your expectations, you must bring it to the notice of our customer service within 7 days of receiving the product. The Customer Service Team after looking into your complaint will take an appropriate decision.
  • In case of complaints regarding products that come with a warranty from manufacturers, please refer the issue to them.
  • In case of any Refunds approved by the HOLIDAY SEVA TOURS, it’ll take 7 days for the refund to be processed to the end customer.
