Within 09:00AM- Report at DharmatalaBus Stanad, Kolkata . (Pickup time confirmed you 10 days before from your Journey date)
The journey begins from Dharmatala, where guests will travel by shared private vehicle towards Harwood Point or Namkhana.
After reaching Harwood Point bus stand, you’ll need to cover a short distance of about 600 meters (around 40 minutes on foot) to get to the ferry ghat. (Toto/rickshaw rides are available for this stretch at your own expense if preferred).
From there, board a Government ferry to Kochubaria Ferry Point. (Our representative will provide pre-paid ferry tickets for your convenience).
Once you arrive at Kochubaria, walk approximately 500 meters (about 30 minutes) to the pre-paid vehicle stand, where our local representative will guide you in arranging a transfer to the Gangasagar Mela area near your accommodation.
Upon arrival at the camp or tent stay, enjoy a warm welcome drink (coconut water, juice, or a soft drink).
The evening is at leisure—perfect for exploring the vibrant Gangasagar Mela on your own.
Later, enjoy tea and light snacks at the accommodation canteen/restaurant.
End the day with a vegetarian dinner (fixed menu) before settling in for an overnight stay at your booked camp/tent (twin, triple, or four-sharing basis available).
04:00 AM – Begin the day with the sacred Ganga Snaan (holy bath), followed by prayers at the Kapilmuni Temple. Afterward, return to your camp/tent for rest.
06:00 AM – Refresh yourself with tea and light snacks served at the Gangasagar canteen/restaurant.
07:00 AM – Enjoy a wholesome vegetarian breakfast (fixed menu) at the canteen/restaurant.
After breakfast, complete check-out by 10:00 AM. Guests will then proceed towards Kachuberia Ferry Point for their onward journey, following the same route as the arrival.
