The new cruise service will be available only Saturday & Sunday . There are two categories of seats: economy (Rs 1,300 per head) and premium (Rs 1,500 per head and inclusive of  snakes)

The cruise will leave on Saturday at 10:00 am in the morning from the jetty From Millenium Park,Kolkata. It will reach Ganga Sagar’s Kachuberia ferry Ghat by 02:00 pm in the morning. On the other hand, the cruise will leave for Kachuberia to Kolkata On Sunday at 10:00 am.

This is a portal for ticket booking for passengers intending to travel on passenger ferry.

1. Minimum Passengers requirements: We will run our vessel/Cruise with minimum 50% passengers capacity ,if we cancel due to above reason of non fulfilment of minimum passenger capacity then 100% (Only Ticket base price) full  refund will be made within 7 working days or passengers has option to reschedule the booking in next available dates with 10% discount.

Note : Convenience fees not refundable.

1. Cancellation & Refund Policy:

75% refundable incase passenger wish to cancel the ticket 3 days before the journey date. Requests for refund within 3 days of the travel will not be accepted.

The cancellation request to be made from registered email id (email id notified at the time of ticket booking to info@holidayseva.in mentioning the ticket reference number along with the name and full address. Cheque payment will be made within 15 days from the date of cancellation.

If the voyage is cancelled by us due to mechanical failure or any other operational reason then 100% refund will be made within 15 working days.

Option of rescheduling of the booked ticket is not available.
