I was initially a bit skeptical in choosing the right people to manage the trip mostly because my parents who are senior citizens were traveling on a pilgrimage to Gangasagar. Nirmal Ji assured me that he would take special care and he was on top of things in managing the trip end-to-end, ensuring a disciplined driver was aligned and a perfect accommodation was chosen. Cannot thank Nirmal enough - as he regularly also kept a watch on how things were going and he also reported to me every now and then to keep me assured that everything was going well. Again, thank you very much for keeping up your word and providing great service! Commendable.
