I was initially a bit skeptical in choosing the right people to manage the trip mostly because my parents who are senior citizens were traveling on a pilgrimage to Gangasagar. Nirmal Ji assured me that he would take special care and he was on top of things in managing the trip end-to-end, ensuring a disciplined driver was aligned and a perfect accommodation was chosen. Cannot thank Nirmal enough - as he regularly also kept a watch on how things were going and he also reported to me every now and then to keep me assured that everything was going well. I opted the services of Holiday Seva Tours for a trip to Gangasagar for my parents. I have no words to explain how awesome it was! Nirmal Ji made sure that everything was perfect, starting from the planning of the trip, the hotels, the transportation, driver and everything. he tailored the trip as per the requirement in the best possible way. My parents thoroughly enjoyed the trip and really appreciated the way it was so well planned and executed. The driver, Vasudev was also very nice and helpful.
